Dynamic sells authentication and embedded wallets as one SDK. Public docs say email, SMS, social login, passkeys, and external wallets are built in, and that a JSON Web Token is issued when a method succeeds. Embedded wallets are created after authentication, not during it. The user can be logged in before the wallet exists.

Fireblocks’ docs describe Dynamic as a Fireblocks company and point teams at Dynamic’s MPC embedded wallets. This page does not treat that corporate line as a design quality claim.

Dynamic’s own pricing pages do not currently agree with each other. The snapshot below keeps both public figures and does not pick one.

Who it is for

Apps that need a designed login modal, embedded wallets, and a large set of external wallet connectors in the same flow.

Sign-in, as documented

  • Email one-time passcode or magic link
  • SMS one-time passcode
  • Social OAuth, including Google, Apple, Discord, GitHub, and X
  • Passkey sign-in; passkey registration is also described as an MFA method
  • External wallets: extensions, WalletConnect, QR, and mobile deep links
  • An external JWT, if you already have auth

Wallet model

Non-custodial MPC embedded wallets, created after login. Smart wallets (ERC-4337 and EIP-7702) show up on Dynamic’s paid-plan materials. End users can export, according to the embedded-wallet docs.

Expected flow

Dated frames are screenshots of the vendor’s default UI from the lab capture on Oct 20, 2026. Empty frames are still pending. The sequence itself is still a reading of the public docs.

  1. 01Connect entry

Dynamic lab entry. The host control opens the vendor’s default UI.

  2. 02Method picker

Dynamic default UI on the email method. No code has been sent.

  3. 03Credential check

Dynamic one-time code screen. The code was not submitted.

  4. No screenshot

    04Information capture

If the app requires an email, alias, or username, Dynamic says the user is prompted before the session is complete. Many apps skip this.

Dynamic sandbox logins use an email with +dynamic_test before the @. The code screen is captured. The static code was not printed in the widget, and DYNAMIC_TEST_OTP was unset, so the steps after the code stay pending. No real inbox was read.

  5. No screenshot

    05Embedded wallet creation

Docs are explicit that wallet creation follows authentication. A passkey prompt may appear here when passkeys protect the key.

  6. No screenshot

    06MFA or access gate

MFA and allowlists can stop the session after the first credential. This screen is conditional.

Metrics

Documented rows cite a public page. Pending rows wait for the first capture. A blank is not a zero.

Screens in this draft

6 expected screens

Includes two conditional screens, information capture and MFA. A bare email login may be shorter.

Wallet timing, as documented

After authentication

Dynamic’s auth docs say the user may be authenticated before the embedded wallet is ready.

Pricing snapshot

Two public pricing views were live when this snapshot was written. Both are listed. Neither is a quote. As of Oct 19, 2026, from dynamic.xyz/pricing.

EnterpriseCustomBoth views point larger volumes, SSO, and white-label at a sales conversation.
  • The $0.005 and $0.05 overages cannot both be the default. We are leaving the conflict visible.
  • A Dynamic MAU is someone who logs in that month, or for whom an embedded or pregenerated wallet is created.

  • Do not average the two overage prices into a third number.
  • Smart wallets and extra MFA are described as plan-gated. Confirm the row you would actually buy.

  1. Wallet-first notes open, with empty frames

Five wallet vendors and Didit are on the shelf, with six comparisons. Every screenshot frame says capture pending. Measured rows — steps, fields, time — are blank on purpose. Nothing here was timed.
